SafeNZ.net specialises in secure email services so settings stated here include standard and secure options. The guide below configures Outlook 2003 to 'fully secure' mode which is optional but recommended.

POP Server (incoming, non secure) ..............            mail.safenz.net port 110  or

POP Server (incoming, SSL secure) .............            mail.safenz.net port 995

SMTP Server (Outgoing non-secure) .............            mail.safenz.net port 25 or

SMTP Server (Outgoing SSL secure) ............            mail.safenz.net port 465

NOTE : When connected via an ISP other than SafeNZ please set your email client to 'authenticate' your outgoing SMTP mail. This will allow you to relay email via SafeNZ's email servers from any connection to the internet.
